This online memorial was created in loving memory of Denise Willms.
A big part of her life was spent working virtually on her business. Her friends at VAnetworking.com and Virtual Assistants from around the globe would like to share with the world how much she touched us all online--and for some of us in person too at this memorial website.

Denise left behind a wonderful husband, BJ, and two children Cassidy and Darian. She was a WAHM (work at home mom) which I'm sure her children will cherish forever knowing she was there for them at the drop of hat.
Denise was a wonderful and giving person to the Virtual Assistant industry, always with a smile on her face! She volunteered many hours to VAnetworking.com as our Publicity VA. She was the reason for much of the publicity we had here and she can never be thanked enough. Denise was also writing a book with me on the VA industry so we got to know each other very well. I miss you Denise!
Our condolences go out to Denise's family and friends at their sudden loss of a mother, daughter, wife, friend and business colleague. May your generosity in life shine brightly on us all.
Our virtual thoughts are with you BJ, Cassidy, Darian and family/friends.

I’m passionate about words and about helping people use them.
In fact, I became a published author at the age of eight when I wrote and illustrated a series of fairy tales for my third grade classmates. I still remember the thrill I got from seeing my ideas in print and watching others enjoy them.
My desire to help others feel that same satisfaction has taken me down many paths over the years. I majored in English at the University of Lethbridge and taught elementary school students the basics of reading and writing. Later on I joined the corporate world and wrote technical manuals and internal communiques for international corporations.
Since 2004, I’ve helped entrepreneurs communicate their ideas through their written words. I’m the owner of a niche article directory for work-at-home moms and of an award-winning article marketing forum where I teach other women entrepreneurs how to promote their businesses by writing articles and press releases.
I’m mom to two teenagers and is happily married to their dad, BJ. Cassidar Ink is named for my children: Cassidy and Darian. I live with my family in Calgary, Alberta and we share our happy household with two dogs, two cats and two guinea pigs.
